HOLLD Yachts, a boutique shipyard based in the Netherlands specializing in the construction of high-performance carbon composite multihulls, will make its world debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival (from September 9–14), presenting its design vision and the flagship of the fleet: the HOLLD 74.
With decades of experience in composite construction for the superyacht sector, HOLLD is creating a new category of semi-custom multihulls that combine advanced engineering, bespoke design, and the excellence of Dutch craftsmanship. Drawing on deep expertise gained in the superyacht world and a strong stylistic identity, the brand focuses on building yachts that combine speed, elegance, and effortless long-range cruising.
Founded in Zwartsluis, the Netherlands – a region with a strong shipbuilding tradition – HOLLD brings together a multidisciplinary team of engineers, naval architects, and carbon specialists. At the core of its mission lies a clear goal: to build carbon yachts capable of undertaking offshore cruising with residential comfort and enduring structural reliability.
“Our goal was not simply to build another production catamaran – says Guido Achtelik, founder of the brand – We wanted to completely rethink this type of yacht from the ground up, using carbon, epoxy resin infusion, digital construction processes, and an obsessive attention to precision, longevity, and performance, all finished to superyacht standards”.
“At HOLLD we believe owners should no longer have to choose between thrilling performance and absolute comfort – adds co-founder Mo Ouass – Every HOLLD yacht will be designed and built to reflect the owner’s personal vision while staying true to the Dutch shipbuilding tradition, synonymous with precision and innovation”.

Construction of the first HOLLD 74 is currently underway, with delivery scheduled for 2026. This 22.5-meter carbon catamaran fully embodies the brand’s philosophy: lightweight construction, modular design, and interiors crafted with meticulous attention to detail, in line with the highest Dutch quality standards.
Each HOLLD catamaran stands out for its advanced composite hulls, lightweight structures built using epoxy resin infusion, and onboard systems integrated with digital control, ensuring high performance, maximum efficiency, and optimized navigation management.
